Printable Yoga Poses
Practicing stretches and poses at home is a great way to add to your yoga experience. It allows you time to hold your poses a little longer and to work on those poses which are most beneficial to you. I know many would like to practice some of the exercises and poses at home and even share them with friends and family. It's hard sometimes to remember the poses we do in class, so I have opened this section that will contain downloadable and printable sheets showing many of the poses and stretches we do in class. I hope you enjoy them and find a little time in your day to do them.

Low Back Flow Practice
Shoes, handbags and gym bags can be brought into the Classroom and placed along the walls.
It's not a good idea to eat two hours before yoga practice. Leaning forward and stretching can sometimes make you uncomfortable with a full stomach.
Please do not wear fragrances, perfumes, scented oils or fragrant lotions to class. Many students have allergies and sensitivities to the fragrances.

Now you can practice at home in between classes or when you are away on vacation. Just grab a DVD and enjoy your yoga practice. All these videos are created by me and my sincere hope is that you will be able to practice with a familiar voice and familiar routines. The videos are available at:
